About me
In my 16 year practice as a registered psychologist, I have helped hundreds of individuals and couples reach their goals in a safe therapeutic relationship. Through a practice of deep listening, I am able to see the places where you need guidance, places you may not be able to see yourself. I can help you to cultivate your own inner wisdom; realise your goals with confidence; hold confidence in relationships at work and with family or intimate partners. In short, we can work together to help you work through your process and get back on your path.
I have several areas of experience and expertise, such as overcoming anxiety and depression, developing vocabulary to ask for and get what you want in relationships, understanding the narratives of your past and present, and building confidence and wisdom. My biggest passion lies in helping my clients find and own their voice and enact their authentic selves in their lives.
I work alongside my clients as they create and cultivate all kinds of relationships; find peace in their relations with family, friends, and partners; proceed through a paths of conscious coupling, recoupling and uncoupling; integrate plant medicine experiences and find and create vocabulary to understand and express themselves internally and externally.

You are not broken You are breaking through.

“I've known Tameeza (Dr. Samji) as a colleague for over 15 years, and trust her expertise & presence deeply. She has a broad range of training and knowledge, but just as notably, she is caring, warm, and compassionate, someone who it's easy to talk to and share with. She has a particular depth of wisdom and experience in working with couples in both traditional and alternative relationship formats and is able to help partners learn new skills to create deeper connection. She is also wonderful at helping individuals end self-limiting blocks and find true confidence & love for themselves. Highly recommend her as a wise guide and therapist!”
