“Dr. Tameeza Samji has been my therapist for four years. In that timeframe, she supported me by helping me work through challenging times like my queerness, relationships, and overall mental health as a creative/leader. The most important thing I get out of every session is that I feel seen, heard, and validated through the process. Each session, she listens and learns about what works best for resonating with what you are experiencing. Being an artist, she was able to distill how to cope and heal with my trauma in such a poetic way, and now, each time I think about that moment, I have a clear picture of how I can be with it and heal.

Dr. Samji currently works mostly with individuals. She has worked with hundreds of clients who have experienced positive results within a few sessions. Some use therapy as a short-term solution, while some prefer the on-going support and continued growth over months or years.
Dr. Samji’s approach is to deeply listen to her clients to understand their specific situation, identify how and where they may be impeded, and help them realize how they can accomplish their goals in a comfortable and safe environment that is motivating and inspiring. Dr. Samji enables clients to cultivate their inner wisdom, build self-confidence, hold their confidence in stressful situations, and provide tools to succeed internally and externally. Ultimately, she helps people to feel better and more in control of their emotions and their past.
“Working with Dr. Samji has been an enlightened experience, which has brought me so much comfort and peace. She is a great listener and very wise and caring in her approach, which has been most gratifying and significant to my healing.”

“Working with Dr. Samji the past 2.5 years has changed my life in more ways than one. With her empathy, encouragement, and gentle suggestions, she has helped me identify patterns and break out of lifelong cycles. She often celebrates my progress and accomplishments with me and also challenges me with new ideas and perspectives. I’ll be forever grateful for her support during this season of my life.”
